Our Manager has been working at East Dean Grange for many years, rising up the ranks from a Senior Care Assistant to a Registered Manager. She is committed to providing the highest quality of care and support at East Dean Grange.
Our staff are highly qualified with many holding NVQ levels 2 & 3 in Health & Social Care. All our staff undertake extensive training and are enrolled in an award winning training platform.
We know that the leadership of the home is critical to all its operations. We aim for a management approach which creates an open, positive and inclusive atmosphere, where we can offer appropriate assistance and support to our residents and staff.
East Dean Grange is supported by our Operations Manager, Gillian Carter.
Gillian's role is supporting the Home Manager and the Management team at East Dean Grange. Gillian has a background of managing care homes in Sussex. She previously trained as a Registered Nurse and has also worked with various hospitals and healthcare companies, both in the UK and overseas.
Her focus is to collaborate with the team to ensure that we put our residents at the centre of everything that we do & to enable our residents to be able to live a fulfilling life with a true sense of community and involvement.
In her free time, Gillian loves to spend time with her family and she enjoys photography, walking, gardening, and yoga.
Group Compliance Manager:
Our Group Compliance Manager, Beverley, is a Registered General Nurse who works together with home management to ensure we provide the highest quality of care & service. We want everything we do at East Dean to be driven by the needs and aspirations of our residents. We are committed to achieving our aims and objectives and we welcome the scrutiny and comments of our residents, families and others.
